About Me
Hi, I’m Ramith Sanjay Rajendera, but people call me Sanjay, the founder of Roots2Wellness Nutritional Coaching. After a long career in science and medical communications, I retrained as a certified nutrition coach to help people reclaim their health through sustainable, evidence-based approaches.
My journey is personal — like many, I once let work and life take priority over health. Through guided weight management, I lost 17kg, reignited my passion for wellness, and discovered how powerful nutrition can be when applied in real life.
At Roots2Wellness, I combine scientific expertise, coaching skills, and lived experience to support you in making realistic changes that last — without fads or quick fixes.

Looking to take control of your weight and improve your health — without turning your life upside down? This 8 week course is designed for busy people who want realistic, lasting change — not fad diets or restrictive plans.
This is a relaxed, practical 2-hour session with presentations, visuals, discussions and hands-on activities for a group of 10 parents and/or carers. You’ll leave with clear tips, realistic meal ideas, and the confidence to build healthy food habits, understand fussy eating, and support your child’s growth and wellbeing at home.
This 1 ½ —hour friendly, group practical session aims to help older adults, and those who care for them, understand how small, realistic changes to daily eating habits can boost health, independence, and quality of life.
Empower your team by supporting their health. These nutritional and lifestyle workshops provide dietary advice and practical knowledge to build achievable, sustainable health habits.
Run over 8-weeks, individuals will understand the importance of a healthy diet gaining practical knowledge and tips in a step by step approach.
Individual online or face-to-face (depending on location) consultations to manage your goals through healthy eating and lifestyle habits. Single consultations and weekly consultations over 8-weeks are provided focused soley on you. Includes weekly health checks and progress monitoring, up-skilling your knowledge around nutrition, habits and activity levels, to gradually build sustainable lifestyle changes.
